Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gentle Collection. Every piece is made to order, dispatched fresh, and shipped direct to you with care.

Processing Time

All Gentle Collection pieces are made to order. Production begins after you place your order — this keeps every item fresh and reduces waste.

  • Production: 3–7 business days
  • Dispatch: within 1 business day of production completing

Orders placed after 14:00 (UK time) are processed the next business day. We don't produce or dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays.

Shipping Times & Rates

We ship worldwide. Once your order leaves our production facility, delivery typically takes:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Free worldwide shipping on orders over £100.

Total time from order to delivery = production time + shipping time. An estimate is always shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate. Track your order at any time via the link in your dispatch email or by getting in touch with us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

UK customers: prices include VAT. No additional duties on delivery.

International customers: orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to amend addresses once an order has entered production. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • Within 7 days of the latest estimate: please check with your local post office or carrier — parcels are sometimes held for collection.
  • Beyond 14 days: contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
  • After 30 days from dispatch: the parcel is considered lost and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there's a quality issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
